The OZ.1 putter began as a collaborative project with major champion Adam Scott, who provided the initial creative spark for the design. He referenced the sleek rear profile of a 2021 high-performance German sports car—an aesthetic he admired—which inspired the shape and styling of the back of the putter.

For the front, Adam pointed toward one of the most iconic mallet putters in the game, challenging us to reinterpret its shape and feel in a fresh, modern way.

The first prototypes took those references quite literally, but through ongoing feedback, Adam encouraged L.A.B. Golf to evolve the design and bring their creativity into the process. That direction led to a series of refinements, ultimately resulting in the distinct, performance-driven shape of the OZ.1.

This putter is the product of world-class input, thoughtful engineering, and relentless iteration—designed not just to look striking, but to perform at the highest level.
